Biography

Sat Nam beautiful soul,

I've been on the Kundalini yoga path since 2011 now. In 2013 I finished my Level 1 training and since then I love teaching Kundalini yoga to classes and individuals. I have a broad interest in people, personal development and life in general. Every person I meet, every situation I find myself in I can learn more about myself, the other person and life.

To me Kundalini yoga is a basic need to stay grounded, balanced, focused and on track on my (spirtual) path in life. It helps me get through the rough stages and supports me in general in my growth as a person and beyond. I haven't found a yoga that is so profoundly fast and accurate but that's just my personal experience. It's kind of a yoga+ or turbo yoga :)

I see specific persons get drawn to Kundalini yoga in my classes. Not everyone sticks around for more or is up for the challenge at this point in their life.
