Hari Dharam Kaur (Birgitta Hedman)

Hari Dharam Kaur Birgitta Hedman runs Yogainstitutet in Karlstad, Sweden, and have Level 1 & 2 trainings at the studio. She has been into yoga since 2002 and has had it as a full-time job since 2004. Besides yoga her interests is her family, spending time in nature, and she loves her two norwegian forest cats. She loves teaching about pregnancy, women, mother and baby. Giving gong baths is also one of her favourite interests. She is a professional yoga teacher trainer and done Level 3.
