Journey through the 12 Steps for Women
Starting in January 2022, Rachel Surinderjot Kaur, the creator of Embodying the 12 Steps: Kundalini Yoga for Recovery (KY12), will be offering the third annual Journey Through the 12 Steps for Women. This will entail receiving a video bimonthly to watch on your own, and gathering as a group on Zoom bimonthly to explore each Step together. You can work on any issue (addiction, mental or physical health issues, relationships, self sabotaging behavior, etc) and in any program (AA, NA, Al-Anon, CoDA, OA, etc; or no program at all).
