Trust Workshops

–  Saturday is an open day for both new and experienced students. During the day we will explore the role of trust in our lives through group discussion. Kriyas and meditations will be practiced to better learn the value of trust.  – Sunday is a special day just for teachers to take the personal understanding of trust and applying this to the community of teachers serving the times.  Both workshops are rooted in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
