Who is it for
Ideal for those with experience in Kundalini Yoga who wish to deepen their practice and evolve in a space of high vibration and energy.
It is also open to those with little or no experience, as each participant begins at their own level and is supported throughout.
Everyone is invited into a unique journey of upliftment and awakening, close to nature, through powerful and transformative Kundalini Yoga practices.

What is included

• 4 days / 3 nights accommodation
• Daily breakfast and one additional meal
• Early morning sadhana, two Kundalini Yoga classes each day, practices and meditations
• A 2-hour hike through a lush forest and a picturesque village with traditional local architecture, offering breathtaking views
• Beach excursion

Pelion a breathtaking, lush green peninsula of dense forests, traditional stone-built villages, and crystal-clear beaches, is located in central Greece.
Pinakates is a picturesque village, built on a green hillside.  The beautiful village square with its tavernas, centuries-old plane trees, stone-paved streets, and view of the Pagasetic Gulf create an atmosphere of pure tranquility.
