THEME: OFFERING YOUR SAT NAM (TRUE SELF) TO THE WORLD: ME IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE WORLD AROUND ME OTHER.

ART THERAPY DIRECTIVE: -creating a symbol of what you want to bring forth in your life and world

MATERIALS USED: – clay

EFFECTS- release and relaxation on the nervous system

            – Bringing forth and uncovering what already lives within you to show your true self and true soul’s essence to the world.

– imagine that that symbol and what is inside the clay is what is inside of YOU.  Michael Angelo in creating all of his sculptures said that the images   were already inside the material.  Find what is already there within the sculpture. Take away the parts to reveal what needs to be in the world- like ourselves, we keep ourselves hidden – we need to clear the stuff all around to be more seen. Making visible what already lives inside the clay. Making visible what lives inside of you to be seen in the world. Offering your true self- your sat nam- its already there. Always been there. Just need to remove what has hidden it.
