Event Description

Regular Tuesday evening kundalini classes taught according to Yogi Bhajan. This series is focused on calming the mind, calming the body prior to the holiday rush.  Each meditation, kriya and pranayam is selected to instil peace, inner strength and resilience.  Come for all, or drop in.  Packages available for repeat customers. Class is suitable for all levels.
