My spiritual name is Shabad Simran Kaur. I have been a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher since June 2013. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2007.  My life had a new beginning when I found Kundalini Yoga.  I am humbly devoted to bringing the Teachings of this sacred science to all who are prepared to open their hearts to learning a technique that expands the consciousness by uniting the mind, the body, and the Soul.  Sat Nam
