Biography
A Florida native... working in healthcare for decades but have discovered so much healing energy since I began my journey into yoga in 2021.
Graduated the Level 1 KYTT in 2024 to immerse myself deeper into the Kundalini teachings. Hoping to continue on this path while bringing awareness to those around me and into the universal consciousness.
