Shanti Gian Kaur (Cindy Stewart)

Shanti Gian is born and raised in Northern Ontario and loves residing there with her husband and five children.

Along with being a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor she is also a certified Radiant Child Yoga instructor and facilitator.  Shanti Gian has a passion for bringing yoga to children and especially for helping other adults learn how to work effectively and from the heart with the children in their lives.

Shanti Gian offers weekly Kundalini Yoga classes as well as children's yoga classes.  She runs a children's yoga day camp every summer and is available to bring the Radiant Child Yoga Level 1-2 training to studios or other locations throughout Canada.
