Living the Yogic Lifestyle gives me Purpose and lots of Joy! I am so grateful that I found Kundaliniyoga and I enjoy how it fulfills even my other occupation as a Psychiatrist. All the efficient tools given by KY how to manage stress, regenerate the brain and evolve throughout life inspires me every day. I met Yoga at the age of 19 and it was on and off a lot of years. It became my lifestyle 2011 and I graduated as a teacher 2014.

For the moment, besides Consultant in Psychiatry integrating KY, giving classes and workshops and study to become Teacher Trainer - I reconstruct an old farm to Saran Yoga Recreation Center with my beloved partner in Life, Yoga and Business: Anne Hauser, in Jämtland in Sweden in a most beautiful area with wild nature, calmness, fresh air and supporting energies.
