I was born in France in 1974 where I lived until I was 20, when I went to Spain to finish my studies in Humanities. There, in the South, stepping barefoot on the warm cobblestones of the old town, my soul was revealed to me, leading me to investigate and discover the world from another perspective. More sensory and experimental, very close to the earth...

I was trained in Body Therapy, Meditation, Movement and Creativity, I was trained in Humanistic Psychology (Gestalt) and I dedicated myself to accompany people in their vital processes, individually or in groups, empowering women both in the rural environment and in the university for 20 years in Galicia.

Meanwhile, Kundalini Yoga came naturally into my life when I was ready, bringing a spiritual dimension to my gaze and transforming me into a receptive, kind and trusting being .

Today I live on the island of Menorca with my husband and children. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher level 1 and 2, Associate Kundalini Yoga Teacher level 1, recognized internationally by KRI. I attend to people who come to me, fostering a sensitive understanding of humanology and spirituality in daily life.

Communication, meditation and transformation are the thread of my teachings.
