Biography
I am blessed to be teaching Kundalini yoga in San Diego at Cosmic Flow Yoga and Sulit Wellness Collective. Currently, I am also a poet and a painter. I experienced teacher training ten years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I hope to continue to serve, teach and live the Kundalini yoga lifestyle for all of my days.
