Kalyan Kaur (P. Gavilan)

Kalyan Kaur has been practicing kundalini yoga for over 20 years. She is a L1 Lead Trainer working in Mexico with several trainer teams, and a Conscious Pregnancy Trainer. She works with other Mexican trainers like Ardas Kaur, Amrit Kaur, Jai Hari Kaur and Ram Kaur on the Nacimiento Divino CP training.

She teaches regular classes for pregnancy at Avemed, Saltillo, Mexico. She is also an Art History PhD whose line of study is the baroque and contemporary religious art. Author of "Sacred and Profane Heart. History and Image." (2013), among other books. She is happily married to yogi and devotional musician Jap Singh Khalsa.

Kalyan has been part of the focalizing team for the Mexican Trainers' Forum since 2019 and the Global online forum for 2020.
