Fateh Prem Kaur

Fateh Prem Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner and Health Coach and intuitive healer, a dancer, writer, and mother. She studies the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya under Shiv Charan Singh in the lineage of Yogi Bhajan. Her body of knowledge from her studies in Kundalini Yoga is enriched by her body of experience and wisdom. She is the director of Joia de Luz, a Kundalini Yoga Center on her family farm in the South of Portugal.
