British born, living in Italy, Sara Avtar studied Kundalini Yoga since 1987. She is an L1 & L2 Kundalini Yoga Trainer, L2 Sat Nam Rasayan healer, life-long dancer, singer and founding creator of Shakti Dance®. She travels worldwide, training teachers in Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance®. She has released music albums, including: ‘Shakti Lila’, ‘Merging’, ‘Swara Rasa’, ‘Waves of Grace’, "Swaha~Fruition" and "Release". Having crossed many challenges, Sara Avtar has found Self-support and empowerment as a woman, through her spiritual practice and the resultant manifestation of creative potential. It is this inner-resource she wishes to share with others. Transforming art into yogic technology, she combines the qualities of dance, song and visual form, with breath and awareness in harmonious arrangement, opening a subtle field of wakeful Presence. For over thirty years, Sara Avtar has dedicated her life-experience to facilitating others in the discovery and realization of Original Being - supporting them to manifest their potential and serve through creative originality.
