I have been a devout follower and practitioner of the Teachings since I was first introduced more than 20 years ago. They've changed my life. I am committed to share them with anyone who feels called to this path.

I am in the Academy for Teacher Trainers and assist in training Kundalini Yoga teachers in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area.

I facilitate a Kundalini Yoga based cleanses.

I offer sound vibrational healing and Kirtan.

I teach in-person and Zoom classes.

I work with hospice and offer counseling for people in transition and their families.

I am a licensed minister with Alliance of Divine Love.
