Event Description

The foundation of yogic psychology and the science of human potential. Perfectly paired with Kundalini yoga.

Why are the patterns we most want to change often the hardest to break?

How much of who we believe ourselves to be is original, and how much has been conditioned by experience?

Humanology examines the Self and how lived experience and lifestyle shape our development. The module investigates the architecture of the mind, including the unconscious processes that shape long-held patterns, and the role of neuroplasticity in changing them. Using Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
