Kavalya Shanti invites you to Xinalani Retreat Center. A beautiful eco retreat on the edge of paradise. Rise & Radiate is a week of awareness and healing to raise our Kundalini energy and radiate our true self by clearing away obstacles inhibiting the path to a full and meaningful life! Each day we will practice Kundalini in the morning and close with evening relaxing Yin and a Sound Bath of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and koshi chimes. The retreat includes multiple hikes, plenty of time to enjoy the many multiple pools, dry sauna, or simply to relax on the perfectly white, sandy beach. Everyone is encouraged to practice slowing down, letting go, and finding contentment in the natural beauty of the retreat center.
