FREE COMMUNITY CLASS

The Fitness Center at Richland Community College offers a 45 minute Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class for focus, vitality, stress-management, and deep relaxation. Join Gabriela Brunner, KRI-Certified Instructor, as she delivers the experience of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD.
