By submitting an event for publication on 3HO International channels (3ho.org website, calendars, newsletters, social media, etc.), I agree to the following terms, which shall apply to this submission and to any and all future events I submit for publication on 3HO International channels:
- Alignment with 3HO’s mission and principles. My events will be consistent with the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan as originally taught, respectful of the founder’s legacy and affiliated organizations, and delivered in a conscious and graceful style. They will promote unity, inclusion, accessibility, and respect for all religions and cultures.
- Content standards. My events will not contain false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content; will not make unsubstantiated healing, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or spiritual guarantees; will not promote unsafe or incomplete instruction; and will not misuse mantras, symbols, or sacred traditions.
- Safety and protection. I will ensure practitioner safety, protect minors and vulnerable individuals, safeguard confidentiality and privacy, and not use photographs or likenesses without authorization.
- Transparency and honesty. I will be transparent about authorship, accountability, and commercial practices; clearly disclose whether each event is free or paid; accurately identify the organizer and teacher; and be truthful about credentials, certifications, and affiliations.
- Legal compliance. My events comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, insurance, consumer protection, and third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contracts).
- Authority and accuracy. I have full authority to enter this agreement, all submitted information is and will remain accurate, and I will promptly notify 3HO of any material change, complaint, investigation, safety incident, or claim related to any of my events.
- 3HO International reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept, reject, suspend, modify, or remove any event submission at any time, with or without prior notice and without any obligation to provide justification, compensation, or indemnification. The exercise of this right shall not give rise to any claim, liability, or recourse against 3HO International.
I understand and acknowledge that these terms constitute a continuing commitment that governs every event I submit going forward, and that each new event submission constitutes a renewed affirmation of these terms.
By accepting these terms, I confirm that I have read and understand the 3HO International Event Listing and Promotion Agreement, and I commit to upholding it for this and all future event submissions on 3HO channels.
