Shambhala Center

Shambhala Center is a Zen Meditation Center where I rent space to teach Kundalini Yoga.  Parking is behind.  To reach the parking lot, turn on Bain just past Betty’s Burgers and then make a quick right into the lot.  Enter the studio from behind.  There are some mats and lots of meditation cushions available.
