Abhaya Holistic Center, together with Jap Hari Kaur certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, provides yoga classes for everyone, including Kundalini Yoga classes, Prenatal Yoga classes, Corporative Yoga Nidra with Gong sessions, and Aquarian Sadhana.
