As the CEO of 3HO, Davinder Singh brings a combination of spiritual practice, executive leadership, and a commitment to a consistent practice of Yoga. With decades of experience leading organizations across industries and continents, he embraced Kundalini Yoga in 2015 through 3HO and combines this transformative practice with his Sikh heritage to inspire and guide others toward a holistic and empowered way of life.

Davinder’s leadership is built on streamlined operational management and impactful community service. As the founder of the Duwara Consciousness Foundation, he spearheaded initiatives to combat homelessness and food insecurity cleanliness services through showers, serving thousands across San Diego County and beyond. With extensive experience managing large-scale organizations, including overseeing billion-dollar budgets and leading over 1,500 team members during his tenure with the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), Davinder understands the complexities of running dynamic, mission-driven institutions. His ability to establish enduring partnerships, secure funding, and implement innovative programs will guide 3HO into its next era of growth and global impact.

At the heart of Davinder’s vision for 3HO is a commitment to fostering transformation through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and the legacy of Yogi Bhajan. Drawing on his own spiritual journey, he seeks to deepen the connection between Kundalini Yoga and its roots in Sikh Dharma, creating spaces for individuals worldwide to experience healing, empowerment, and joy.

Merle Wallace is a dedicated and accomplished financial professional, serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 3HO, having served over 18 years.

Merle Wallace is a dedicated and accomplished financial professional, serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 3HO and is our longest standing staff member, having served under five different CEO’s over 18 years.  With a passion for financial details and a heart for philanthropy, Merle plays a key role in ensuring the financial stability and strategic growth of the organization. He lives in Santa Clara Pueblo with his family when he is not busy balancing 3HO’s budget and bringing new perspectives and wisdom to the 3HO community.

Rai Singh is the founder of comunidadkundalini.com, one of the first websites to create a dedicated space for the Kundalini Yoga community in Spanish. A writer by nature, he has spent years sharing his experience of this path — through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and the wisdom of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib.

He lives with his family in southern Chile, near Patagonia. He brings to IKYTA a background in digital marketing and a deep personal connection to the global teacher community, serving as Head of Marketing and Director of Operations.

Dhanjot Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and teacher dedicated to cultivating awareness, presence, and conscious living through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.

She is the founder of Portal Samadhi, a space devoted to personal transformation through yoga, meditation, and integrative therapeutic practices, including spiritual mentoring and Akashic Records readings. Her work supports individuals in reconnecting with clarity, inner balance, and a deeper sense of purpose.

She serves as Operations Manager, supporting communication, coordination, and the strengthening of the global community of Kundalini Yoga teachers.

Gurumeher Kaur grew up immersed in the yogic lifestyle — raised by two Kundalini Yoga teachers, the practice was never separate from daily life; it was simply how life was lived. Her years studying in India deepened that foundation in ways that went beyond the classroom. Living in an underdeveloped country gave her something that has stayed with her ever since: a profound sense of gratitude, and a more honest understanding of the human experience.

She holds KRI Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and brings that training into everything she does. Based in San Diego, she manages Cosmic Flow, teaches regular Kundalini Yoga and sound healing classes, and supports Level 1 teacher training programs as part of her path toward becoming a Lead Trainer. At IKYTA and 3HO, she provides member support with the same care and presence she brings to the teaching space.

Gurumeher means teacher of compassion — and that is exactly what she is here to do.

Cristian René Borquez Sarrat is a web developer with over 30 years of experience in designing, programming, and implementing digital platforms. Specialized in WordPress, Laravel, and custom solutions, he has led international projects that integrate membership systems, e-commerce, custom directories, and process automation.

At IKYTA and 3HO International, he is responsible for the development and optimization of their web platforms, building member-exclusive dashboards, global directories, and workflows that integrate subscriptions, events, and trainings. His work combines technology, usability, and security, ensuring platforms that are efficient, accessible, and ready for the future growth of the global Kundalini Yoga community.
