Learn how to teach Chair Yoga to seniors, those with limited mobility and chronic illness, disabilities, pre/post surgery or for anyone wanting a supported practice. Yoga is for everyone!
Includes learning to teach chair yoga seated and standing postures and exercises, breathing exercise for stress reduction and simple meditations and relaxation exercises all can do to manage stress and the effects of trauma.
