Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa
It is an honor to to share the incredible technology of Kundalini Yoga, right now, when we all need it the most. It is my greatest joy to share this technology with those who would not ordinarily practice yoga due to physical challenges.
Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, MD, C-IAYT, formerly known as Diane Pingeton, started in health care as a nurse's aide in 1976. Through a rewarding nursing career and then in practice as an obstetrician gynecologist for 14 years, sh gained a unique perspective on health care. In search of her own stress reduction, she found growth and peace in the practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation. She has been practicing since 2003 and teaching since 2007. She directed the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, MA from 2014-2019. She and her colleagues teach Kundalini yoga and meditation by donation in Central Massachusetts. She serves as faculty at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and in the International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training via the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology, under the direction of Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, PhD, who brings Kundalini Yoga into health care.
