Crystelle Brown (Sarab Sital Kaur) is a KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Crystelle completed her Level 1 Aquarian Teacher Training in 2007, and completed Level 2 in 2017. Teaching consistently since 2007, she co-founded Nashville's first full Kundalini Yoga studio, Kundalini Rising Yoga, in 2010 and welcomes both students and Kundalini Yoga teachers in the area with open arms.
