I am a certified and registered with the Aquarian Acadamy at the Associate Level, Professional Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. I have been a teacher of Yoga for over 20 years!  I offer Level One Teacher's Trainings as well as Level 2 Trainings with Lead Trainer - Mehtab Benton from Austin, TX.  I am a Sound Healer utilizing multiple Gongs and 7 Sacred Metal and Crystal Bowls offering private "By appointment" sessions.   I am the founder and creater of Sage Hills 108, located on the OM ranch in Southern Utah.  My husband Omar and I have co-created a beautiful Community Center here in the spectacular Cedar Valley, located in the heart of the Golden Circle of National Parks.  We are also now establishing residency in Las Vegas, NV and I am teaching in several studios across the Valley.  A Level One training will be offered in Las Vegas starting in 2020 of which I will be the organizer and Associate Trainer.  This will be the first of many exciting events to be held in the Las Vegas Community!
