Sat Nam. I am Dalpreet Kaur. I am a licensed massage therapist and Kundalini Yoga instructor. I have been in the massage field for 11 years and have been teaching yoga for just over 11 years. I was graced to find Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and after one class I knew it was home. I started the level 1 teachers training 2 weeks later. The rest is history. Here I am. I have been teaching for over a year now and love every minute of it. I grew up a military brat and was raised in Germany until the age of 10. We also lived in TX, Kwajalein Marshall Islands, and upstate NY before coming to the Midwest my senior year in '99. I reside in Kansas City Missouri where I teach at Kundalini Yoga Kansas City. I also teach therapeutic massage at a local allied health college. I continually push myself to grow through means of educational workshops in massage and yoga training. My special area of interest in massage is Vedic Thai Yoga Massage. I also plan on attending White Tantric Yoga workshops when possible, as well as continuing with my own Yoga and meditation practice. I also have a toddler who loves to come with me to teach and even tunes in with the rest of the class. He has been given the spiritual name Yogi Raj Singh. He, of course, is my hero.
