Taught by Yogi Bhajan, August 22, 2000.
* You can find many recordings of this mantra online; the one Yogi Bhajan used when he taught this meditation was sung by Gurudass Kaur.
Open and close your hands to the rhythm of the mantra and sing for 31 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold the breath, and stretch your arms and spine while tightening the fists. Then let the breath out and relax your arms down.
This meditation gives you the ability to communicate as a self-sensory being, improving your environments and your life. Your kind, loving, projective communication will bring you many opportunities for prosperity and joy. Holding your thumbs helps you conquer your ego so your consciousness can enter a state of Shuniaa — a point of zero. In this state, the Universe flows through us and bring us what we need.
