Tien Nghia Nguyen

Born in Vietnam, Tien was first introduced to Yoga in 1978 in Pakistan. She is versed in many schools of yoga, Iyengar, Sivananda, Ananda Marga, and Kaivalayadham, as well as Kundalini Yoga. She completed KRI Level 1 Teacher Certification Program in 2002 with Sunder Singh Khalsa, her mentor. She is a KRI Certified Professional Teacher Trainer, member of the Teacher Training Group of KRIAsia Teacher Certification Programs Level 1 (Cambodia, China, Israel, Australia-Sydney, and mainly in Thailand); and now manages the Level One Teacher Training Program in Thailand. She has a broad depth of knowledge and a love of the technology of Kundalini Yoga in all its aspects.
