Japa Kaur

Japa Kaur is a level 2 Kundalini Yoga instructor, currently residing in Baja California, Mexico. She teaches three days a week both live and on Zoom through her online "Kundalini Yoga Academy". She is a talented musician and sound healer who sings, plays guitar and performs at Kirtans, Gurdwaras and at the 3HO summer and winter solstice events. Japa has released several different mantra albums including a Sadhana album of the Aquarian Chants and a mantra album entitled "Chanting the Name", available on Spodify, iTunes, and most other major digital platforms.
