Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Gong Therapist (trained by Mehtab Benton). Also trained in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Children’s Yoga. Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Alternative Medicine Therapist. Various advanced and specialized trainings in yoga and health.
Founder and director of Värmdö Yogacenter in Gustavsberg 30 km east of Stockholm since 2012. Teaches Kundalini Yoga and Gong, and works with clients in Gong Healing and Yoga Therapy.
