I am deeply passionate about teaching Kundalini Yoga and find myself in awe each and every day with what shows up in the practise. This technology has been life changing for me and it is an absolute honour and privilege to teach this practise to our students.

Having trained in Australia in 2015 and studied since 2012 I bring a dedication and devotion to my teachings through the love of this medicine.

A dancer in younger years and Journey Practitioner as well as a healer, I bring many facets to my teaching and love the depth we can go through our practise.

As a fierce lover of truth and freedom, my purpose here is to support the journey of awakening and guide others back home to themselves and into their own light.
