Gian Arjan is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Gong Resonance Sound Therapist now traveling around sharing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan in a real, accessible and compassionate way that comes from his own experience of life. Finding Kundalini Yoga at a highly pressurized time, and the way it worked for his own processing, has inspired a profound belief in Gian Arjan of its power to assist people in unpacking their pain and unlocking their full potential. His classes are highly praanafied, poetic and take you on a journey to You within you.

Beyond sharing workshops and gong experiences at studios and festivals in the US and abroad, Gian Arjan's heart is making yoga and healing accessible to underserved populations. Having taught in prison, and within the greater Chicago community, his focus now is working with people struggling with addiction one-on-one and in center scenarios. Gian Arjan uses Kundalini Yoga and its breathwork practices to provide people with an always accessible and accelerated way to get back to themselves, become crystal clear and connect to their Infinite nature. Witnessing people come into the awareness of all the natural faculties that are available to them to feel good and live free is his greatest joy. Gian Arjan and his partner Gia are founders of a budding NFP organization that intends to connect and integrate people struggling with addiction into compassionate communities, and with their own highest consciousness.

Gian Arjan studied Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan at The Hacienda De Guru Ram Das in Española, New Mexico. Prior to his training in Kundalini Yoga he was was certified in the Hatha tradition as an RYT200. Gian Arjan holds a trauma informed yoga certification from the National Association of Social Workers, and has trained with Dr. Gabor Maté on Compassionate Inquiry. He owes his understanding and appreciation of the gong to Crown of Eternity's Mike & Galina Tamburo, who opened his ears and heart to a beautifully expansive way of playing.

Gian Arjan has deep reverence for being a link in the Golden Chain of teachers, a Legacy that has inspired so many lives. His life's prayer now is to provide time and space for people to access their true timeless wisdom, experience their joy, their power to continue to carry the torch of consciousness too, light up their lives, and radiate peace for the world to see and be inspired by.
