Mantra Preet Kaur (Jessica Brazil), completed her yoga certification with the Kundalini Research Institute in 2016 where she was taught directly by Gurumer and Gurutej Khalsa, spiritual leader and energy guru who is one of a few left who traveled and studied directly with Yogi Bhajan. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, teaching for 4, and maintained a devoted daily practice for about 7 years. For the past 15 years, she has been working and volunteering as a social worker, spiritual teacher, and community leader. Her yogic lifestyle eventually transitioned her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in mental health, to business leadership where she founded the Mindful Living Group, a holistic health and wellness and retreat center on Maui. During its formation she was surrounded by Kundalini yogis who supported its formation as well as helping to bring the first KRI yoga teacher training to Maui. Mantra Preet authored the 100 mindful days project which includes a free email series of valuable spiritual content to support people in easing into the yogic path. Currently, she provides direct psychotherapy, public speaking at conventions and conferences, offers regular workshops, leads full moon and yoga classes, a weekly meditation group, and leads an annual mindfulness retreats dedicated to Kundalini Yoga and celebrating Yogi Bhajan's birthday who revealed so much to her during her teacher training. Additionally, Mantra Preet designs and implements Mindful Living programs & practices in addiction programs, schools, and business. Her passion and purpose is powerful healing and intuitive work, visionary leadership, and bringing people together with a shared intention of working together to leave a trail of compassion, greater awareness, and deeper inner peace.
