I discovered Kundalini Yoga  15 years ago, the love of this yoga has led me to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher.  Through Kundalini Yoga I discovered the Gong, such a powerful instrument of vibration, for healing and transformation. I studied under Mehtab Benton , International Gong Master, receiving Master Gong Practitioner Certificate, Gong Therapy Certificate. soon to embark on training with Don Conreaux  International Gong Master.Completed level 1 and 11 Reiki , Level 1  Sound Healing and completing Level 2 Sound Healing  with Sound Healing Academy U.K.
