My name is Teresa Brefeld (Param Simran Kaur) and I am a level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher, as well as a level 1 Shakti Dance (R) teacher. I teach Kundalini yoga to mainly elderly people, and I am starting to offer Shakti Dance (R). Besides that I work as a secretary at University Twente, Enschede, with a career in the industry and the university behin me of 47 years.

I love dancing and spend time each week with our international folkdance group Agapo.

Moreover I was trained as a dance therapist in the Querido method, and taught dance fitness and international folkdance for a number of years.
