Greetings, Sat Nam!

I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher certified in 2004. I studied with Krishna Kaur/10th Gate Yoga, in Los Angeles I was introduced to Kundalini after volunteering the non-profit organization, Yoga for Youth.  I am also a Wellness Practitioner and studied Ayurveda becoming an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. My studies were with Dancing Shiva, Hale Pule and California College of Ayurveda. I use these modalities along with Reiki, I was attuned at the Reiki Master level in Usui/Holy Fire with William Rand.
