Hello there! My name is Livsangat Kaur, originally from Venezuela, living since 2016 in the great country of Ecuador, in the valley of Cumbaya, near Quito. I am teacher of Kundalini Yoga (Level 2) since more than 7 years, practicing this wonderfull tool since 11 years. I teach in our own studio: Live Yoga. And also teach in International Trainings of Yoga, private class and other yoga studios as well. I am a passionate instructor of Kundalini Yoga.
