Kirti Jaspreet Kaur was certified in Bali in the fall of October 2023 with master teacher Sat Siri. She has had a passion for Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years.  Her certification in Bali took her to a whole new level of understanding and personal practice.  She is passionate about sharing this sacred technology with others, helping them elevate themselves beyond their current challenges to a place of ease, grace, flow & bliss.  

Sonja teaches Kundalini Yoga at Vyana Yoga in Manlius, NY.   She also has an online membership teaching the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and how to customize a home practice for the needs of each individual.
