Lynda (Vedya Daleep Kaur) Coto is an RYT-200 yoga teacher and Registered Nurse. As a nurse, Lynda has experience working in Oncology, Gynecology, Hospice and Burn. On the mat, Lynda teaches from the heart and holds a passion for meditation and mantra. 
Lynda is a KRI Level 1 Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and a EFT practitioner .She encourages all of her students to lean into their inner knowing and trust their intuition.
