I started Kundalini Yoga in 2009 at the beautiful lake of Weissensee and since then my life changed, first slowly and with time more and more visible. Since 2014 I am a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, my teacher is Nirvair Kaur from Vienna. I am currently doing the Level 2 with Hari Har Ji Kaur. We are enjoying organising Yoga retreats in Switzerland, Austria and Corsica and bringing together beautiful women. Daily Sadhana, seeing the beauty all over, breathing and laughing are part of my life. I am now offering group, private or online classes at the Ateliers du Bied à Colombier, Neuchâtel - right at the lake in a beautiful environment full of heritage.
