My workshops: The Body Language (3 levels, 3 weekend) a journey that leads us to discover the language which is spoken by all but understood by only a few. The Body Language is a journey on which we discover the language that is most widely spoken but that only few know off. All our experiences are recorded in our cells, which in turn create the deepest fibers of our muscles. Therefore our true identity is expressed through every movement we make. Physical blocks, our posture, the way we walk or sit, "speak" to us more than any other way of communication. So, looking at it from the idea that every physical block has a reflex reaction in the body (our deepest memory), to know the signification of this reflex becomes vital in helping us find the way to overcome it. Using the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, we will carry out a simultaneous translation of the body language: from gestures to emotions, from stances to feelings. We will be able to get to know our needs, our strength, our natural grace. Just remember, the language of gesture is more effective than the spoken word. Body language is very powerful. Bring the balance within you and project that balance. - Yogi Bhajan ---<--@ The Space Language (2 levels, 2 weekend) how to improve our lives by putting in order the cabinets The space contains and defines us. Our house can be a den or a cot, a waiting room or a hotel, a prison, a home or a simple house, the seat of our ability to be creative. It depends on us. From how we look it. How we use it. In any case it speaks of us, of how we are made, how the emotions move within us. If we are more rational or impulsive, if we suffer from loneliness or are we really at ease being alone, if we think more with the right side or the left side of our brain, if we are relaxed, happy, desperate... Conscious or not about the space, we are one with it. It affects us as or more than we can influence it. We will learn to look at our home as a big mirror. We will make a journey into the place where we live, and to each room, kitchen, object, we will discover a little more about us. With the incredible help of the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga we will open new doors, we will create a new balance, we will free lockers, invent new physical and emotional spaces to live better, healthier, happier. To get the knowledge, add something every day. To attain wisdon, remove one thing every day. - Lao Tzu ---<--@ We Are Hormones How to live healthy, empathetic, creative and being in shape through the rebalancing of our Glandular System All our emotions, passions and actions are determined by a hormone. So is our health, physical and mental state of being. They aren't "made like that", you aren't a "grumpy one", she isn't a "lazy one"... We are biochemistry. Our capacity to love, understand, accept, and even our mood, hunger, thirst, desire, ability to concentrate, to procreate, to resist, our way to live relationships, our sexual potency, everything is connected to our endocrine glands and their functioning. Prolonged stress, wrong foods, lack of exercise, incoherent lifestyle, menopause and andropause are among the main causes of the loss of hormonal balance. In this workshop you can learn which are the principal hormones, what they do, how can you balance them and keep them balanced. We will make a test in which you will discover the signals that your body sends you so you can really know how is your glandular system. Kriya, meditation, mantra, small changes in your lifestyle, in your diet and so on are the tools that Kundalini Yoga provides us to change. “If the glandular secretion and the blood chemistry are not right, it doesn’t matter how powerful and wonderful you are, you are a handicapped person.” Yogi Bhajan ---<--@ Chakras (8 weekend) Wakens, Strengthens, Manages and Preserves your Life Energy to keep you in good shape, Happy and Healthy This is a Sanskrit word with the meaning "wheel" or "vortex." Chakras are located along the spine, and one on top of the head. These vortexes of energy, which are not physically identifiable, interact with our physical body through the nervous system and glandular. Each chakra is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands and a "plexus" or a group of nerves. Thus, each chakra is connected to specific parts and functions of the body and the emotions associated with them; even in the eighth that resides outside the physical body. The more we are conscious about ourselves, the more able to determine precisely where we need to improve. The more we act in a direct way to find and keep our psycho physical system in balance. Powered by the subtle energy that we are made of, the chakra system reveals our inner movements and our overall health. When there is tension in a particular part of our consciousness, it is transmitted to other parts or feelings of our body and conversely. For example fear, kidneys, rage liver, spleen, remorse, love, heart, and so on. This movement, from the emotional to the physical, passes precisely through the power of the chakras, which can be rebalanced in order to heal the whole process, not just the connected organs. Mechanism can also be applied in reverse, for physical imbalances that become unwanted emotions for no apparent reason. Eight meetings to learn the eight major chakras, organs, emotions and thought patterns connected to them. Eight appointments with the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga and its simple and effective techniques to keep in shape, in good spirits and healthy. ---<--@
