Matamandir Kaur aka Lyn Bradford is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her path of Self discovery has been enriched by decades of astrology study & consultations coupled with tarot, kaballah, feng shui, Destiny cards, Reiki Master & Harmonyum, sound/crystal/gong healing. The profound technology of a daily practice of Kundalini yoga & meditation since the 1990’s enlightens her every day. Her ‘day job’ is as a realtor since 1996, currently with John Aaroe Group since 1996, offered in service with grace & a smile. In addition to Level 1 Teacher Training, Matamandir Kaur has also completed all Level 2 Teacher Trainer courses.  She leads a weekly class on Saturdays from 10:30a - 12 at her studio in Hollywood, Steps Into Space.
