Josephine Fanelli, AKA Gurumantra Kaur, I am owner and founder of YogiSTRONG. I am a NAMA Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, level three Kundalini Research Institute Yoga Instructor, KRI Aquarian Academy Associate Teacher Trainer, and a RYT-500. I am a current student of Herbalism. I am a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA), National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), American Herbalist Guild (AHG), 3HO, and International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT).

I help to expand conscious thought about body awareness, mental health, and nourishing the self. I use Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Herbalism, Kung Fu, and Qi Gong as a way to exercise and augment the mind, body and spirit. It opens one up to reaching a higher state of awareness, emotional stability, and strength by using several techniques, which include pranayama, kriyas, meditation, bandhas, mudras, mantras and visualization.

Currently you will find me teaching Kundalini Yoga, Ayurvedic knowledge, and Ayurvedic/Vegan Cooking classes throughout New England and online, as well guest teach in Yoga Teacher Trainings nationally, and internationally.

I am currently taking new clients for Ayurveda consultations, and Yoga wellness.
