I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for the past 20 years. As a lead trainer I now conduct training programs in Thailand.  Part of my Seva project for Level 3 was 'Sacred Circle' which I conducted in person for a monthly sacred circle.  I also created a website for sacred circle: www.sacredcircle011.org for teachers and trainers of Kundalini Yoga to organize their own sacred circles.  My spiritual journey has been greatly enriched by Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, continually expanding in awareness, opening the heart with compassion.  I am grateful to my teachers: Yogiji, Sunder S. Khalsa and of course, Guru Ram Dasji... and to all the beautiful human beings I have made invaluable connections with along the way!  With deep humility!
