Recognizing the increasing need for life balance in the workforce, classes are designed to easily fit in the daily schedule of your employees. We offer various types of yoga including Kundalini Yoga every Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 pm and Scent and Sound Healing sessions once a month.
