Our 3 USP’s:
Classes at „Yogaschule Benrath“ are fun, because we have

• manageable group size of a maximum of 12 participants. The consideration of the needs of individuals is thus easier.
• The focus is on getting to know one’s own abilities and strengths, which participants bring into the classroom and improve. Experiential learning becomes the subject of the lesson.
• Transfer of individual resources and goals into daily life.

The Yoga School Benrath also provides a practical balance: Our teachers support the development of children through various projects around the world.
