At Village Yoga we offer a variety of yoga classes and specialty workshops for all levels.  We are a small boutique studio located on Cape Cod. Our dedicated and caring teachers will provide you with the tools necessary for reducing stress and for managing daily challenges so you can live a happier, healthier life. Our goal is to offer a friendly and supportive space for transformation and personal growth. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, you will find an opportunity to strengthen the body, quiet the mind, and connect with spirit.
